It's hell! It's literally hell! It's torture methods have changed lately, from the typical burning in fire and being poked at by demons to a more...devious punishment.

Since mortals can come and go to Hereafter, Hell became a popular tourist attraction due to it literally being hell.

YOU CAN GO TO HELL.

After a tourist boom, Hell's overseers caught on, so now Hell is a theme park and resort__! The beings being tortured in there were forcefully made it's employees, because the worst punishment isn't burning in fire pits, it's dealing with crying children and angry tourists!

The usual workers who would torture hell's denizens came up with the theme park and manage it far away from the tourists from the comfort of their own homes. (and Hell's headquarters)
