The realm of the gods, created by both the god of life and the god of death as a permanent settlement for the gods to reside and manage their worlds. Mortals are prohibited from entering Celeste's gilded streets, primarily for their safety, as the only residents are chimera, godshards, and gods. And energy is very dangerous to mortals, and most beings in Celeste either dislike or aren't used to being around mortals.
Celeste has a blue tint to it, with a largely modern aesthetic accompanied by occasional ancient structures kept around for historical purposes. The weather is...fine. The weather is just neutral, not being particularly hot or cold. The only time it rains is when a god dies, which isn't something that has happened in hundreds of years.
