Gruff and harsh at times, but cares a lot underneath that exterior
Goes on trips a lot and always brings back goodies for her friends and family
Sees herself as responsible for fixing whatever incidents happen in the part of Myosotis she lives in
Loves lolita fashion and cutesy frilly clothes
Goes out drinking a lot
- Usually gets beer
- Knows her limits. She doesn’t get full on drunk very often
Sells any dolls she can’t find a use for to anyone who has the money (her dolls are very expensive. They’re handmade!)
Relatively easygoing, she very rarely gets super angry or offended
Has a tendency to hijack events, making it all about her (much to her dismay...)

Backstory

Has lived in Myosotis for a very long time (she used one of her dolls as source for a long time before she switched to her current source) , she enjoys its calm natural vibes
She enjoys creating living dolls and infusing random stuff with magic which is not an easy thing to do
She got very famous for this since infusing stuff with magic is hard
So now there’s a bunch of guys bugging her either wanting an interview, to learn her secrets, or to steal her stuff
Her life isn’t that interesting outside of being famous and occasionally getting into scuffles that she started (but she wouldn’t admit it)
One of the few beings she accepted as a student was Veil, but she taught them how to be a decent person instead of magic
She got very attached to Veil and ended up legally adopting them because she decided that the didn’t need to have Aquila as a parent anymore

Chiyoko has existed as a character concept for a very long time, she was one of the first characters created for this project
Music enjoyer, she knows how to play the trumpet
She mostly wears cute frilly lolita dresses
She looks normal to you but I imagine in-universe she would have an uncanny, doll-like appearance. Like an anime character was brought into real life
Usually wearing some kind of hat or hair accessory
